Construction Costs
Base pricing starts at $18,000 for a smaller pool and a 15’ x 30’ pool typically cost around $20,000.

But remember it can quickly be very expensive to buy a pool on cost alone. The pool builder’s skills and reputation have to be included in the decision process.  Why Euro Pools?

With approved credit a swimming pool can be financed for as little as $160-170 per month. The exact price depends on pool size and features but a very nicely equipped pool can typically be financed for $200-250 per month. Pool financing

Energy

A conventional 1.0 HP pump running 10 hours daily uses 400 kWh per month. If you pay $0.15 per kWh this means $60 a month in pump electricity.  Such pump/hour combination is not unusual for a residential pool.

Euro Pools helps pool owners reduce their electricity bill as our pools standard come with an energy efficient pump. We use the German brand Speck pumps which provide a wide range of state-of-the-art energy efficient pumps and these are widely considered top of the line, the BMW’s and Mercedes Benz’s of pumps so to say.

A Speck 433 E-Plus® pump will for example reduce the electricity consumption by 35% compared to, the by other pool builder widely used and less expensive, Pentair Challenger or Whisperflo pumps. So a Euro Pool could save you $20 a month. For a pool lasting decades, such monthly savings adds up. $20 deposited monthly on a C/D will add up to $3,000 over a 10 yr period! For larger pools with more hp pumps the savings are even bigger! Euro Pools equipment

You can reduce you electricity bill even more by upgrading to an intelligent pump: IntelliFlo®. It constantly monitors water flow and electrical current, making sure that the filtration system is operating at peak efficiency. And that means energy savings never before possible - up to 90% compared to a conventional pump!

Maintainence Costs

The pool service itself would typically run $30-$60 a month depending on the frequency. Chemicals would run another $30-50 depending on the season and usage of the pool.

Chlorine is typically the bulk of the chemical costs and for this there is an alternative solution for the cost conscious pool owner by having a chlorine generator installed.
